1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Gravity Lab (developed by @Blake181041 and published by PortalNetwork Inc.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Gravity Lab is an interactive 2D physics sandbox application providing real-time rigid body simulation, liquid dynamics, custom shape creation, vector modding, and room-based multiplayer functionality.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to use Gravity Lab strictly for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Interfere with or disrupt multiplayer room infrastructure through automated socket flooding or malicious packet injection.
• Attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities or bypass client/server safety constraints.
• Transmit offensive, illegal, or harassing material in multiplayer room chats or custom shape tags.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or developer associated with PortalNetwork Inc.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

All custom shape designs, vector drawings, and simulation configurations created by users are saved locally within the user's browser environment. Gravity Lab and PortalNetwork Inc. retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Gravity Lab software, artwork, code, and brand trademarks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gravity Lab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PortalNetwork Inc. does not guarantee that the simulation will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely bug-free on every hardware setup.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PortalNetwork Inc. and developer @Blake181041 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Gravity Lab following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
